Description
MAX3387EEUG+T Maxim Integrated
The MAX3387EEUG+T is a communications interface with low power requirements, high data-rate capabilities, and enhanced electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. The MAX3387E has 3 receivers and 3 transmitters.
All RS-232 inputs and outputs are protected to ±15kV using the IEC 1000-4-2 Air-Gap Discharge method, ±8kV using the IEC 1000-4-2 Contact Discharge method, and ±15kV using the Human Body Model. A proprietary low-dropout transmitter output stage enables true RS-232 performance from a +3.0V to +5.5V supply with a dual charge pump.
475 MAX3387EEUG semiconductors available to order for same day shipment, worldwide from our York Warehouse in the UK. All semiconductors are new and unused, ready for same day shipment. Contact us through our contact form and our experienced account managers will answer any concerns / questions.

What are semiconductors?
A semiconductor is a material product designed with silicon, which conducts electricity more than an insulator, including glass, but less than a pure conductor like copper or aluminium. Its resistivity falls as its temperature rises; metals behave in opposite ways.
Semiconductors are essential components for electronic devices, enabling advances and innovations within communications, computing, military systems, transportation, clean energy and many other applications.
