Microchip 24LC16BT-I/OT Integrated Circuits 

The Microchip 24LC16B is a 16 Kbit Electrically Erasable PROM. The device was designed as 8 blocks of 256 x 8-bit memory with a 2-wire serial interface. With low-voltage design, this integrated circuit permits operation down to 1.7V with standby and active currents of just 1A and 1mA, respectively.
